Nikki C. Epps is a health science and business adjunct professor. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Xavier University of Louisiana and a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Health Care Management from the University of Phoenix. She is a mother of two and a native of New Orleans, La. She currently resides just outside of New Orleans, La.
