Our program is student-centered, providing on-the-job-training, offering experiential learning
(practicum-based) that is supported through a hybrid of academic pathways:
clinical education, practicum and on the job training.
Our collegiate dual enrollment pathways affords students an opportunity to earn certifications, college credit/degrees from local and distant educational agencies in which we partner with; in addition our field practicum sites are healthcare entities, social services and participating employers.
Our focus is to ensure that each apprentice and student acquires the necessary knowledge, skills, experience, resources and support as it aligns with both academic/institutional and local workforce trends-forecast. Depending on the apprentice/student program interest, they can explore paths of earning a certifications, college credits or degree in health related professions (Social Sciences Disciplines).
